What makes a job verified?

After the work is marked complete, the customer confirms that it was done. Only then does it count as a Verified Job.

What is the difference between Verified Work and Portfolio Work?

Verified Work is customer-uploaded and linked to a Verified Job. Portfolio Work is submitted by the professional and shown separately.

What do Bronze, Silver and Gold mean?

They reflect how many customer-confirmed Verified Jobs a professional has completed on GYIMA. They are experience levels, not ratings.
